Our Project Management (PM) Department has been designed to meet the multifaceted, fast pace demands of our industry. We understood very early on that a successful department would have one strong characteristic: Teamwork. We designed each position in the team to complement each other, by doing this it created an individual feeling of engagement to see each project through to completion.
PM is involved very early on in the process; on many projects they can be included in the sales process for scheduling and milestone completion dates. As projects become more detailed in design and size, we continually adjust our focus to rise to the challenge to meet contractual agreements and complete projects on time.
