First of its kind in the Tampa Bay area
Awning Works Inc., of Clearwater, Florida, has expanded its showroom to include a fabric design center that is open to the public. The design center includes over 500 fabric books including Sunbrella® fabric, décor fabric, contract fabric for hospitality and health care as well as all of the coordinating trims. In total, designers and consumers have access to over 50,000 fabrics which are available for purchase by the yard.
The new fabric design center is the first of its kind in the Tampa Bay area. Located on U.S. Highway 19 North, this is certain to be a hub for architects, general contractors, interior designers, restauranteurs, hoteliers and consumers who are interested in putting together their own designs. This allows clients to take a ‘hands-on’ approach in their design work and take a first-hand look at a variety of options.
In addition, the 2,000 sq. foot Awning Works showroom houses a variety of displays featuring architectural shade options, including retractable roof systems, retractable pergola covers, interior and outdoor contract furniture, outdoor patio heaters, and window treatments.
Awning Works, in business since 1985, is well known around the Tampa Bay area for their work at Busch Gardens, Eckerd College, Aloft Tampa and more. Awning Works continues to diversify and grow in their offerings to customers. They were recently named the 2014 Medium Business of the Year by the Tampa Bay Beaches Chamber of Commerce.
