Awning Works Inc is responding to the COVID-19 pandemic with social distancing help, by offering a prefabricated (no assembly required) Clear Isolation Wall.
The wall is currently available in three versions:
- Freestanding on flat surface
- Freestanding with locking casters
- Desk/Tabletop that attaches to the surface edge that is approximately 1" thick or less
What is the Clear Isolation Wall?
Building on the strengths of our 35-year history in the awning business, we designed two products that fit a safety need and are user friendly, affordable as well as easy to clean and store. Cleaning is simply mild soap and water and soft dry cloth to dry.
Our Clear Isolation Walls are sustainable aluminum with a mill finish combined with a building code-approved vinyl that is California State Fire Marshal Title 19; NFPA-701 TM1 certified. The clear vinyl is double polished with great visibility characteristics.
There are many uses, to name several
- Restaurants & bars: either between or on dining tables
- Retail stores: between cashier and customers
- Airports: to isolate passengers from luggage and reservation staff
- Military bases: for many applications in barracks and meeting places
- Education system: between and on desks
- Salon industry: for isolation of customers with manicurists and pedicurists
- Private industry: for break room and conference rooms
Currently, the walls are available for pickup at our manufacturing facility at 10820 US Hwy 19 N, Clearwater Florida 33764.
Freestanding Model: 72" wide × 72" high, 76" high with casters
- Stationary with floor plates (plates are caster ready to convert)
- Portable with (4) locking casters
Table/Desktop Model: 60" wide × 21" high
- Edge mounted needing 2" edge space × 24" long and 1" maximum thickness
